GRUPO GSS CREATES A CONTACT CENTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LAB.
The customer experience is the priority for the Spanish companies that are increasingly becoming "customer centric”.
Vicente López, President in Grupo GSS, anounced during the Spanish contact center fair this month the creation by GSS of a new Contact Center customer Experience Lab with the goal of compiling the broadest information to achieve the best customer services that focus on the customer experience.
Mr. Lopez emphasised the importance of fulfilling the clients needs with our customer services. It is the reponsability of the large Spanish companies to guarantee that its clients get their probles resolved in our single contact (first contact resolution) if we want to gain new clients and keep the ones we have.
Grupo GSS counted with the participation of Yvonnick Levesque, General Director in Leadership Factor for Spain and Portugal. Leadership Factor is a leading company in Europe in customer satisfaction surveys. GSS and Leadership factor have joint forces to watch for the quality in the contact center, and they have created a new unit within GSS specialised in customer satisfaction and loyalty surveys.
During the speech GSS and Leadership Factor shared some of the preliminary results of a survey they have performed on the customer services in the sectors of telecommunications, utilities, banks, and insurance companies.
