ASES 2011 is a forum for all Altitude Software users, as well as a meeting point for all clients who wish to present their case studies and to share their experiences.  

Gastão Borges Taveira, CEO of Altitude Software explained that "the model of communication with customers is changing and the contact centers are the perfect partner for its management.”

Kevin Sigliano explained the key aspects in social media managment for companies:

1- Sales: specific strategies to improve indicators: antichurn, etc.

2- Customer service: we manage to improve the customers' valoration. We activate the WOM (Word of mouth)

It is important to learn that it is not as important to gain followers/ visitors to our website as to act and be relevant to stick out, lower costs and increase efficiency. Nowadays, every single purchase process has an online stage, that is why that knowing how to act online is essential to get sales.

The event finished with a cocktail in the gardens of the Casa de Burgos, where the best conference award was awarded to GSS, as per the attendees votes.
