"GSS Group Receives the Fortius Spirit Award"

The fortius Awards recognize the work done during 2018 by the best professionals of customer service in Spain and are a meeting point for the most important companies in the relationship with customers.


More than 300 industry professionals enjoyed yesterday the grand gala of the renewed Fortius Awards at the Gran Teatro Príncipe Pío in Madrid. An encounter full of surprises and emotions.

The jury was made up of representatives of the companies and institutions that organize and collaborate in these awards and by top-level professionals with extensive experience in the management and management of Customer Service. In this renewed edition it has been composed by Isabel Aceituno, Santiago Muñoz-Chápuli and Raquel Serradilla, in the candidacy for better supervisor; Laurent Etcheverry, Susana Santiago and Mª Luisa Merino, in the candidacy for best agent; José Luis Nieto, Ángel Vázquez and Juan Manuel Vaquero, in the bid best responsible for platform, and José Luis Nieto, Santiago Muñoz and Mª Luisa Merino, in the new Fortius Spirit candidacy. 


In addition to the winners, all finalists took a diploma. Thus, the finalist diploma as Best Platform Responsible was for Nadia Franco, from Grupo GSS.
