"Grupo GSS completes its II Training Congress Spain"

Grupo GSS continues to focus on people as a key element for the innovation and development of the corporation. As part of this strategic plan, the GSS Group holds an annual congress dedicated to the training of its trainers.

This congress gathers the people of the GSS Group in charge of the training of our teams and seeks to align concepts, share news of the sector, as well as aspects of innovation that can help them to carry out their work. Each edition has a main theme on which most of the papers focus. The sessions, which have an international character, seek to align the training teams of Spain and Peru, guaranteeing that all our services benefit from the quality mark of our Group. 

The 2018 edition of the Training Congress has revolved mainly on the customer experience in the management of the relationship with end users. GSS Group is a strategic objective for 2019 to continue developing its customer experience implementation plan at a global level, and this Congress is one of the tools that help us achieve our goals.

These are the initiatives that place GSS Group at the forefront of the sector, having recently been recognized with three Apexo Experience Awards for Best Operation of Contact Center, Social Media and Innovation.
