GSS, Spanish multinational leader in customer care services, opened a new call center in Lima, Peru. With this center GSS has 4 call center in Lima, and a total of more than 21 call center worldwide.
The new call center has a total of 1,500 agents who provide customer care services and customer management. Our agents receive calls, perform outgoing calls, carry out back office duties, and they also deliver retention and customer loyalty services, up- selling, cross- selling, helpdesk, etc.
The new call center is located in the ATE district, in Lima, which is a strategic area located close to several prestigious universities for the recruitment of qualified personnel, and easy access to public transportation. The infrastructures are equipped with technology specialized in contact center.
With this new center, GSS has 2,500 positions in Peru, and it expects to close 2013 with more than 6,000 employees. From Peru GSS delivers services to Europe, United States and other countries of the Latin-American region.
